We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sr BDM Retail Sales to help us expand our partner network. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Secondary Sales Management: Develop / Appoint new partners in assigned territory, every month 8 to 10 Partners, and complete 40 regular Retail Partners in first 4 Months of onboarding.

Expand business with existing Regional Distributor or by Onboarding New Regional Distributor in the Key IT market Points as per the geographical need.

List down the partners in every route in Lead capacity in JDVB Matrix and ensure that route plan is followed on all the working days in a month.

Every day associate has to cover the following partners based on Geographical priority but on all grounds existing JDVB have to be covered on every visit to any route.

1.JDVB Partner 2. b2b Partner 3. Lead Partner 4. New Partners not on the lead list also.

Every day associate has to complete 8 professional meetings in the concerned route planned for that day.

Connect with WPG (National Distributor) on an everyday basis and meet the Branch Manager in person and plan for stocks bi-monthly & discuss the volume opportunities forecast if any.

Daily CRM & Field Tracker Reporting: on Meetings, sales of Primary / Secondary /Tertiary, Meeting in & out with each partner. Provide Real-time visibility of sales on CRM.

Follow up Up timely with partners through phone and ensure to refill the stocks where sales out have happened.

Update all JDVB partners / RDs for all Monthly, Quarterly Schemes and ensure they are reimbursed with timely claims.

Educate & Train the partners / Influencers for doing pitching to end-customers and enable influencers with good rapport building.

Enable good chemistry of business transactions between WPG to RD & RD to JDVB.

Deliver Sales Nos for all the categories T1 (ThinBook), T2 (Tablet) & T3 (Thin Clients)

T1 Primary and T1 Secondary Numbers are must achieve the target in Retail by ensuring that there is no over dumping and planned sales nos are pushed at RD & JDVB Retail.

Ensure secondary routing of business from JDVB if they are struggling to sell and motivate them by training the influencer on what to pitch for an Affordable laptop buyer.

Initiate & Execute Channel marketing activities & Consumer-oriented activities and drive awareness and conversion of sales.

Use all marketing Collaterals / Brochures / Posters / Danglers in an efficient way and ensure that each JDVB & Lead has the POS material visible to customers.

Capture right feedback in CRM in terms of market developments among all partners, Distributors or vendors/brands, nearest competition movements, Other Brand initiatives & Schemes.

Capture all Volume opportunities and all Thin Client Opportunities in your Story Book and keep close follow up day to day basis to win the cases taking in the support of Presales & Reporting Manager.

Think & Execute new ways of inventing IT Retail / Regional Retail Chains / Large Format.

Always keep you, top partners. RDs in confidence on any new moves that we are making.

Requirements

5 to 6 Years on Secondary sales which have exhibited Partner development & sales Growth.

IT Channel sales exposure with connecting to Retail stores of all length and breadth with a strong Partner relationship existence.

Minimum 2 to 4 Years of Channel Sales in Laptop/Desktop/Thin Client category

Regular MBA Sales

Should have Primary Partner and Secondary partner strong relationship in the respective market.

Should be Tech Savvy

Must have experience in meeting with End-user, doing the presentation.
