We have a unique position as SBC Champion on the RDP team to help drive the expansion of our SBC product. You will help develop and drive the business strategy and product vision for our product and be accountable for the success of the product


The primary responsibility is to work with named Enterprise Accounts in selling SBC products, to develop and grow a profitable business.

Understanding the business requirements of the prospects and customers.

Plan and implement Sales Campaigns to develop new business opportunities by appointing new channel partners

Pro-actively informing the customers about the new product and roadmaps, proposing upgrades and transition paths.

Co-ordinate with pre-sales and professional service teams.

Produce accurate plans, Sales forecast and ensure sales activity is tracked using the required reporting tools on a daily basis

Acting as the liaison between the partner and the customer.

Manage a sales territory either vertical or geographical.

Managing numerous accounts across India

The positioning of the products across the partners.

Pre-Sales Activities in gathering customer requirements and processing the orders

Maintaining a network of account contacts at all levels

Making sure that customer fully understand the product

Coordinating action plans to penetrate new markets

Cold calling prospective new business customers regularly

Exhausting all revenue stream opportunities

Execute the Go-To-Market strategy & design plan and execute the business plan to achieve the bottom-line target.

Effective and efficient use of various mediums for category expansion of the business.

Create an innovation strategy for an individual product line and finding solutions to product/brand issues by understanding partner & vendor needs.

Addressing the requirement and opening of new partner Accounts

Handling Enterprise and Corporate Accounts

Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets

QOQ delivering number in terms of revenue as well as the bottom line

Working with the vendor closely and understating the market requirement and closing deals

Plan, design and drive channel schemes & demand generation activities.


. Minimum of 2 years of product sales experience

· Demonstrated ability to effectively present product features and benefits to promote new product sales to new and prospective clients

· Ability to create pre-sale analyses to include data gathering, data extraction QA, analyses and client-ready report preparation.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain productive work relationships with support groups

· Understanding of CRM, pipeline analyses and market research

· Proficiency with a suite of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Outlook.

· Flexibility and willingness to meet varied hours and some travel is essential to success in the r
