About the Role

About the role

This is a launchpad role for fresh engineers who want to spend their first years building deep expertise in Indian IT hardware — from CPU / GPU / RAM selection logic to compliance, GeM bidding, and customer presales engineering. You will learn the RDP product portfolio end-to-end and become a trusted technical advisor to our sales pods.

What you'll learn and do

  • Master the RDP product portfolio — Desk PC, AIO, Sprint, Rock, ThinPad, Edge PC, Remote PC, AI workstations, and servers
  • Read and interpret GeM bid specifications, BoQ documents, and tender requirements
  • Build technical compliance sheets matching RDP SKUs to customer requirements
  • Generate quotes, configure bundles, and prepare presales decks
  • Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing on custom configurations
  • Shadow senior presales engineers on customer calls and site visits
  • Eventually own your own customer accounts and bid responses

What we're looking for

  • Fresher — B.E. / B.Tech in CS / IT / EEE / ECE, 2024 or 2025 pass-out
  • Genuine interest in IT hardware — desktops, laptops, servers, networking, AI workstations
  • Strong fundamentals in computer architecture, OS, and networking
  • Comfortable with Excel and structured documentation
  • Good written and spoken English; bonus for Telugu / Hindi
  • Ambitious about a 5–10 year career path in hardware engineering and product management

  • Location: RDP HQ, Nacharam, Hyderabad — on-site role
  • Training: 8-week structured onboarding across product lines, GeM workflow, and customer engagement
  • Reports to: Senior Presales Engineer
