Inside Sales Coordinator

About the role

RDP's sales pods (GeM, Corporate, AI Compute, Data Center) move fast — bids close, customer inquiries land hourly, quotes need turnaround in hours not days. The Inside Sales Coordinator is the operational engine room that keeps everything moving. You will own inquiry handling, quote turnaround coordination, CRM data quality, and follow-up workflows across the sales team — making sure no lead is dropped and every customer gets a fast, accurate response.

What you'll own

• Receive inbound inquiries from website forms, email, and phone — route to the right sales pod (GeM, Corporate, AI Compute, DC)
• Create and maintain leads in Odoo CRM with clean data — contact info, requirement, source, expected close date
• Coordinate quote turnaround between Presales engineers and KAMs — chase quotes within SLA, escalate when stuck
• Follow up on pending quotes — call and email customers to confirm requirement, close gaps, push toward decision
• Maintain accurate pipeline data — stage updates, next-action notes, win/loss reasons
• Support GeM bid submission workflow — document collection, deadline tracking, submission confirmation
• Generate weekly pipeline reports for sales leadership

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales, sales coordination, or B2B inside support experience
• Comfortable with Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho, or any modern CRM — Odoo 12 experience is a strong plus
• Strong written and spoken English; bonus for Telugu / Hindi / Tamil
• Excel discipline — pipeline trackers, follow-up sheets, ageing reports
• Phone confidence — comfortable calling customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Any graduate degree — engineering / commerce / arts / science all welcome
• Interest in IT hardware (PCs, laptops, servers, AI workstations) — you will learn the RDP product portfolio
