Demand Generation Specialist (DGS) is a Key member in ‘Category Business Growth Team’ for a product category of SBC (Server Based Computing / Thin Client Product) is one of the Key Product Category in RDP Product portfolio, coordinating all the sales channels and will be reporting to ‘Category Champion’ who is responsible for the category growth in RDP.
This individual must be self-motivated, self-starter is able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound leads, prospect lists, sales projects and individual research. The DGS will work on various growth strategies (GTM’s) and will be communicating with the right stakeholder (customer/partners/colleagues) and taking prospects to the next level in the process of closing sales.


Perform outbound lead generation and prospecting through extensive phone and email communication
Generate sales-ready appointments and ensure each lead is well-qualified
Identify appropriate decision makers within target customer’s organization and understand their business needs
Outbound calling (70 – 80 calls a day)
Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.


1+ years lead generation/inside sales/cold calling experience, preferably business-to-business targeted accounts
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, both written and verbally
High energy, high capacity, high integrity
Self-motivated, results-driven individual
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Freshers/Interns can apply

Skill sets

Experience in using any CRM Software is preferred.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi and one regional language
